what i think supercell is going to do in tbe next few months

If you read it properly you would actually realise that what he is saying Is quite true...if you introduced dark elixr at lower levels it means that there would be more troops available...aka making economy better and at the same time and adding new stuff....adding an extra drill pump and mine I also think is a good idea for higher levels cause the loot is pretty dry at th10.
