An instaclasher promised that he saw this leak in the appstore and updated that he checked out again but he the leak was gone. Not only him but also a lot of other people.
I don't know what kind of a bug would update the description of the game in the appstore before its time. I am not sure if clash did that on purpose.
Tomorrow we should see the next sneak peek and we will probably know if the leak is correct or not. I remember a post for supersteve (supercell staff) talking about the clan wars opt in/out feature an how it's difficult to implement in the game. That's what I remember from the his topic.

That was for having heroes available, all that was said about opt out was they weren't too fond of it and would prefer to do something else, but would reconsider it next time.

i remember replying to a post from steve that said they would never do it as it would/could cause some leader to be too aggressive.

It would be awesome if you just got a refund for donating a troop like it says so that you essentially don't pay anything anymore more donating troops.

Automatic upgrades would be awesome if every donated troop was just automatically max level now.

The reason I see for this is those who are high levels and are burdened of donating all the troops to war clan castles and for war attacks. Now everyone would be able to participate in clan war prep and not have the cost burden them. This could also leer people away of war farming if they make the cost to participate less.

People read the title of the thread, its about this feature, not if it is real or not.

I like the theory that troops donated would upgrade to the level of the person being donated to but not downgrade if the person has lower level troops than the donater. It would help distribute the donations during a war for sure.

I wasn't going to get involved in this conversation, but this comment got me. Purely out of curiosity, how will we go about collecting on this bet if you are mistaken?

Boy this deviated quiet a bit from what the OP posted....

And the guy who is betting his life just doesn't want it to be true because it is underwhelming. Seems pretty apparent apple or SC leaked it by mistake. (Or maybe by design to drum up publicity; pvp is huge in any game) the leak is fact, love it, embrace it, accept it.

Apparently Boring Beach has a customizable badge feature already and it goes something like this:
