I Maxed my townhall 9 walls a little bit into th9, however Im a little under a billion gg. Is it the elixir wall upgrades? Usually max lavas get you to 1.2 bill. I can't wait to have max zaps and not hit the 2 billion gg and go on global and get called a gemmer of resources for something I worked for lol ...

Neither does what you collect from your collectors or even war loot, i wouldn't worry about it.
But just to clarify, your claiming to have done both level 9 & 10 walls "a little" in to TH9, which them alone is 1 Bil, so do you not have a single defence then? and if you can farm that amount in a small time, I'm pretty sure you can farm the extra 100/200 mil that will max out your GG

Don't worry, some people who started before the elixer walls also have less than 2 bil gg and almost max zaps because they've been playing for a while, tend to stay in higher leagues, etc. My leader is an example. I think he has less than 60 lavas left (to finish zaps) and max def and he's at 1.4bil. His hh is something entirely though, with 11mil + ;)
It's the lix for walls I believe....I was about halfway done with legos when that happened, now 160 lavas in I'm at 814mil. Assuming you did legos and lavas using lix your numbers pan out.
