Banned and concerned...

I will try not to rant about the fact that banning people over stupid stuff takes priority over banning mod users and bots or fixing xbows, but does anyone know how to find out how long a ban lasts?

I log on and the name i spent thousands worth of gems on and has been my gamertag since before SC was a company was the reason i was banned. I have never been banned before and i heard it should tell me how long it is.

I get a ticket number but no way to use it. For a high revenue gamer in all SC games, id really like to know what is going on. Has this ever happened to anyone?

First time being banned ? Usually it's 24-48 hours.

It should say how long your ban is. If it's your first ban you can expect it to be 2 days. Expect your IGN to be changed to something like "Clasher" as well.

It doesnt give a timeframe... Annoying they will take so much money from an account name and then just ban out of the blue... I dont even chat in global... Someone must have been mad they got 3*d
