Unlocks at spell factory lv 2 along with the heal spell.

Effect radius in tiles : 7 , 8 , 10
Effect time : 8s , 10s , 12s
Effect : causes all the defense structure's range to fall to 5 tiles due to the thick mist , air mines cease to function
