Repairer's Hut : a time to rebuild

Repairer's Hut :
A hut like a builder's having some repair material. You get one of lv1 at TH5 and TH9 for 20,000 elixir.
Power : When in war , the builder rebuilds the particular thing destroyed ( except walls , traps , bombs ) at a particular rate.He cant be killed in war . Only way to stop it is to destroy the hut itself so that he cant get material.He needs to reach to the destroyed building to repair it.

Hmm interesting, so it's like a healer in the cc on defense?
what's his rate of repair? By that i mean how much hp does he heal every second?

EDIT: Nevermind, finally understood that last part. Seems pretty good, however i think it might only need like 4-5 levels IMO
