Find Match system

I suggest to change the Find Match System I'm currently at Townhall level4 and when I start searching opponents in Find Match I keep on seeing Townhall levels6 and above so how could I defeat them? Is there a way you could rebalance the Find Match system that if you're on Townhall level4 you can only see Townhall levels3 to 5 so that it would be fair for the attacker and the defenser.

Its based of trophy level not townhall level. The match making system is fine as it is.

Its quite unfair because I need trophies to earn Gems. So how could I earn trophies if my oponnents are on higher Townhall levels?
