We don't know, but a qualified guess might be TODAY, because yesterday's sneak wasn't followed by "a new sneak tomorrow" like the previous ones were.
When the sneak peak thread reaches 1 million views, which will probably be today. Which also happens to be a tuesday.

It is being released today. Look at sneak peeks thread- picture at the top says Update Today
The sticky says today.. but im not so sure since they usually release 5 sneaks before the update. They only released 4.
So.. maybe it is today or the next day?
