Well people will want to farm but the way to get an upgraded clan and more importantly perks is to war. One positive to this is that with more people warring, It may decrease mismatchesQuote:

Farming clan will continue as they are for now if they want, or if they want the perks without dropping off from farming they can do 1 a week/fortnight and slowly build up and once at whatever level they want they just decide not to war again
then again, opt in/out make the need for a farming clan fairly redundant (with a few exceptions)
