Leaders DO have the final decision, the players can select their preference, then a good Leader would use this to select who goes and who doesn't.

Fu...k this type of opting in/out for war if members choose it themselves. That's just freaking pointless. They can say I opt in and still don't do both attacks though.

That option should've been available to leaders only... screw this update.
