No all of "The REAL February Update Leak" is true lvl 13 cannons customizable clan badges and opt in/out of wars have already been confirmed. It was an administrative glitch on the itunes store that gave out the update information.Quote:

These are nice improvements but they are more like patch notes. Maybe I have been to accustomed to the way MMO developers do patches, like Blizzard and ArenaNet, but a few minor changes like this don't warrant the excitement of big patch release, even for a mobile game like this IMO. Like really? It took them this long to implement opt in/out? Don't get me wrong, the changes are nice and needed but they aren't worthy of all this hype. I still love the game and all, I guess I'm just a little let down by this one.
Maybe members decide but leaders can overrule?
People will find a way to complain about this though...you can't win unfortunately...
