Troop composition for Elixir Farming

Hello fellow clashers o/

I want to hear your ideas and what you use for when you farm for elixir. For me, this is always a hard choice because I'm never sure whether to use spells or expensive troops.

Do you find it easier to use an expensive troop composition and attacking high-level bases with lots of loot or do you rather use a more less expensive troop composition that still works effectively? Sometimes when I'm not saving Dark Elixir I will use DE troops, as this takes a shorter time to train troops and I'll be saving elixir.

At the moment, I'm using 12 Wall Breakers, 12 Wizards, 120 Barbarians and 28 Archers; I also have a Heal Spell in-ready but I don't really use it in most occasions. I'm not sure how much this troop composition totals to, but it works quite effectively and I like using it.

5 jump spells mixed with 7 healers works well for me!

Get serious bro

My farming army has remained pretty constant since th7 (I'm an 8 now)

72 archers
72 barbarians
40 goblins (quick loot grabs)
8 wall breakers (to help break into storages if needed but rarely used)

With this set up ive been happily farming in crystal 3 and making decent profit

I carry 3 lightning spells but not for zapping. They get used only at the end to get the odd 1 or 2% to get the win. I used to carry heals but found them less useful with barbs and archers

If DE is no problem then Hogs are great farming army, trying to only use 1 heal spell
U are looking for bases tightly packed so no bombs inside and AQ towards outside and lurable CC

BARCH plus a few wb. I wouldn't use an expensive army and spells for farming lix, maybe for gold or de, but never for lix.

Town Hall 9

Barch or Bam maxed for your th level. Nuff said;)

I've been using this since th7.

Each army camp with 1WB 23 Barb 25 Arch.

Works great for me. Just keep hitting next until you find a good base.
