I Am Wandering If Anyone Would Like To Start A War Clan With Me. I Have Made So Rules That I Would Like To Advise You On. Here They Are:
Rules:

1.War Will Be Twice A Week (Still Deciding What Time)
2.Attack In War At Least Once Or You Get Kicked (Twice Would Be Good Too)
3.Co-Leader Will Be Earned By The Trust Of Me (If I Promote You Don't Give Free Co-Leader)
4.Elder Will Be Earned With 250 Donations
5.Level 50+ And Th7+ (This Will Change)
6.Say Welcome When New Members Join
7.If Your Not In War Then Don't Complain You Will get A Chance
8.We Will Allow Swearing In Our Clan But No Spamming Please
9.Low Levels Are Welocme ONLY If They Are Siblings Or Relative
10.No Hoppers
11.Active Players Will Also Get Promoted
12.Don't Argue About Whose Better In The Clan Or Get Kicked
13.Disobey Any Of These Rules And Get Kicked
14.Recruit Your Hearts Out And Enjoy

Donate Any Troops Level 3 Plus.Make Sure It Is Good If It's A Drag Or A Healer Then Any Level Is Accepted.My Clan Will Be 30-50 Members Big And I Need People To Help Me Start The Clan.Troop Donation Ratios Have To Be Equal Or You Get The Boot.

How we operate:

• We use Clash Of Clans Forums for war target reservation and attack planning.
• We use Facetime And Messages for better clan communication. Guides and strategy discussions are posted here.
• We do not micro manage attacks or assign targets in war. Rather, players are free to do as they like and choose their own targets based on their own strengths, ability and troop levels.
• Those who attack poorly are expected to seek feedback and improve.
• In easy wars, loot grab is allowed in the condition that your first attack was a 3 star.
