First I thought about a black hole type spell, but that's stupidly OP, it would literally destroy anything it's placed on. A little silly.
So the idea moved to a more worm hole type idea. So what this spell could do is:
Select a particular building (most likely a defence) and you could then click another building. Their location swaps (must be of the same space or something like that to avoid opening up empty space that allows direct troop dropping).
For example:
This could allow a user slightly alter the defenders base in a way that may help. Swapping a motar and a cannon. Something of this nature.
Alternatively, if the user did not want to select a building, but rather a troop. A similar process, where, you can physically swap two troops location.
For example:
A dying pekka is attacking a town hall, and the battle is nearing an end risking only a single star. The user could use the Worm Hole spell to swap the pekka, with their full health Barbarian King that is going around the outside of the base (like they usually do).
I'm not too sure on the specific such as cost, however I feel this spell may need to take up 2 spaces in the spell factory. As a maximum of 5 of these may just be over powered.
This could introduce a whole new dynamic and extra dimension when raiding.
Let me know if you can see any other uses for this spell.
I'm also not too sure if this is too game changing/too overpowered. But it was just an idea.
Also, a small side note. Going with the physics of this entire thing, it would be interesting if this spell costed dark elixir... you know, dark matter/dark energy. Could be something cool.
