HAHA. Mods have said that the emails from the support website are never read. You need to file an in-game support claim if you want it to be read.

Thanks for replying, but bad news, that option was removed back in May last year. They don't let you do that anymore. :(
I used the in-game support claim and also the website. Both sent, nothing back. :(

Sorry about your wait, I know this must be frustrating and I will link this to Staff. In the meantime though, can you please check your emails's "Spam" or "Trash" folders just to make sure any additional replies (besides the automatically generated one) didn't go into there instead of your "inbox"?
Also - if you'd like to describe your issue here, possibly some help may be given? I admit, I'm not entirely sure what issue you are now experiencing.

Thank you Kendra1168 for your reply. I have checked my Spam, Trash and regular Emails and have received nothing from SuperCell or Support.
My Issue:
My little brother installed the app and messed it up. I wanted to play but I didn't like what he did so I made a new Game Center account. I would like to replace the data from my new account to my original account.
P.S Just checked my Request, THANKS!! Ana has been assigned. That is the first sign of someone helping. She hasn't said anything but at least someone is looking at my problem.
