Yes I am have the orange loading circle come up and then when I close out the game and try reloading the bar fills but never finishes. I am boosting and really annoyed. ; (
I think the problem is probably your internet connection. I have issues like that when having a poor connection.
I'm having issues similar to yesterday when it was the problem with the servers. Loading screens locking up. Forced restarts of the game. Occasional lockups on the load screen.
My clan member and I have the same problem, not being able to send in global chat. However this does not apply for other languages such as Norsk and Spanish Global Chats which are up and running fine.
wifi and cell data both have full bars and I still have this issueQuote:

I had issues with global chat for about an hour yesterday, login issues on my phone but not ipad
happening over here as well.
How much do you want to bet durin maintanance people are gon a be whining to Supercell they owe them early sneak peeks because of this?

I cannot load Clash of Clans on either of my iOS devices at the moment, so it seems the game is down. The load screen freezes when the purple bar becomes full.

Guessing it is server issues again. Won't load on my iPad, my sons, mini, or my other sons android devise. Was just about to attack in war, so kinda glad it didn't happen then, but this is the third time this week! Hope the system gets a good run down soon.

started happening to me at about 10:30 pm EST. freezes after a raid and stuck on loading bar upon trying to restart it, multiple attempts finally got me logged in but global is not working, Norsk or English

Same thing that happened like.. yesterday or so.. =/ happening on my two devices regardless of Wifi/Mobile Data modes and it's even happening on my baby account i started in an android emulator on my PC (which is connected via ethernet).

Having the same problem. I have all barracks boosted both heros and spell factory what a waste... I can't even login to attack and once i do get an attack in, it freezes and shows how much loot and stars and won't go back to home.. Please fix this. 80 gems down the drain

My device is functioning perfectly but COC keeps giving me the in-game orange "searching-for-wireless" symbol. Plus, when I'm done with a raid, it goes to the results screen, I click on return home and it buffers with the read gearwheel cycling. Three other guys in my clan have confirmed the same issue.

Having the same problem. I can get on sometimes but lately it's been freezing at the loading screen after the purple bar fills up.
