Exactly my thought.

We got multiple sources and screenshots.

Supercell made a mistake and the changes got posted there.
Interesting fact is the date and version are showing the 21 januari, so maybe that was the original plan and it got delayed (hence the long wait)

Anyway the long awaited opt in/out is here along with level 13 cannons and clan perks

edit: they removed it soon after
