I have evidence that one of my clanmates uses an app or something,he admitted to it and I took a photo of it.It seems it works as a sort of ♥♥♥♥,i am not exactly sure how though just that it helps out a lot.How do I report this?
I just think it's not fair that they use illegal stuff to get ahead in the game while we work hard to play a fair game.

Your best bet is to use the provided reporting method in the game itself and be proud of yourself for such actions.
