I can not buy gems

Hi all. Trying to buy gems and constantly displays a message - please contact itunes support to complete this transaction. September 20 was shopping with Mastercard $ 40. But then began to get the message ... Then I changed my credit card in Qiwi Visa Virtual, there is cash in it. Wrote in support of itunes and I was advised to contact you. With a credit card I have all normal. I have just bought an application - FIFA 13 by EA SPORTS for 6.99 dollars. The essence of the problem is that the credit card does not want to work only in your application. Help solve the problem.

Try to restart the app (kill it from the background) and then restart the device. This usually helps.
