my friend account got banned because of swastika

His war base is his normal base.. When hw trying to login into his village.. There is a message from coc 'remove swastika from village' if not will permanently ban.. But how can he remove it? He didnt even have swastika in his base? And he cant login too..
And still no answer from coc. Really sad.

They do ban for swastikas, whether that's ok or not is a different matter. On another note, I can confirm that his current base is not a swastika or anything close to it.

it will all be ok once the ban is over, its usually 48 hours, Chui just needs to wait it out


and it's rare for Game Mods (not forum mods) to answer here

the support takes long because there are millions of players in the world, I'm pretty sure their customer support gets bombarded by thousands of players everyday

No. A swastica goes clockwise and is an offensive Nazi symbol. The religious symbol expands counter-clockwise. Hitler turned the symbol around to pervert the message.

Some people are raised in a small bubble and get their education and news from Fox News. The same people are professionally offended by the same thing that resembles their own body parts. If I got offended every time I went to the bathroom I would have a very miserable life.

You sir, have no clue what you're talking about. There is no swastika which "expands counter-clockwise" in Hinduism and Buddhism.
