So basicly, raiders can only get at half as much of the loot as normally obtainable from storages. However...

Dark Elixir inside it's own storage seems safer, but that's assuming if the percent lootable is the same (as I mentioned earlier).
But as helpful it is to know, that's not what I'm wondering about. Given the cost of upgrades, I don't usually ever have a need to only pull a small amount from clan castle storages. Given how small it is, in comparison to the costs of upgrades, I can't think of a very good reason to add this idea in, unless I'm missing something.
