Batch war searches so fairer clan match ups: every hour (or two)?

As some of our war searches dragged on for 30+ or 45+ minutes, we were paired with opponents that clearly outmatched our base levels. It's no fun when your opponent has double the th10s, with many more inferno towers (and even more th9s!). We had no control when the pairing happened, either, which led to much later endings than intended when the search started.

One way to ensure more even pairings might be to collect war start requests, and batch match them every hour. That way two equivalent clans starting war searches 15-45 mins apart could still be paired, and everyone would have predictable start/end times. In the case of an odd number, perhaps the group gets 'priority' pairing the next hour.

Close wars against equal matches generate a lot of excitement. Getting matched repeatedly against opponents with superior bases erodes and undermines that. When a win or a loss hinges on last second attacks--that's what is awesome.
