Make participating in a war an option

we have a lot of members in our clan that don't like to participate in War but really like to do one v one battles. Also folks go on vacation and they shouldn't have to leave the clan in order to not mess up a war. Perhaps a button similar to a ready check when a war is declared so that everyone can decide to participate or just a button in their profile that says ready for war. This way you can have social members and members that like to battle.
