The title says it all. Im a pretty well upgraded th9 sitting around 2700, and was wondering just how difficult it is to reach champs as th9. My current army is 1 hound, 28 balloons and 25 minions, all rage spells (usually limit to 2 spells per raid to save elixir). Im worried that all the th9s will disappear past 2900 or so. Thoughts?
Go for it. If you're well upgraded, you can do it!
Am a TH9 and currently doing the same... am at 2950... its not that difficult... am using a similar composition, no hound though... 28 loons and 40 minions... i tried doing all archer raids, it was quite good but once in a while i lost the raid which set me back by 30 trophies... so to be more secure am using loons...Quote:

I am actually on my push right now. Been failing a bunch of raids for who knows why. But it is very possible. I was at m1 just yesterday and have known people who have made it to champs as th 9. I use baloonion just with more minions. 24 baloons 50 minions Baloons/Minions in CC. Good luck on your push if you decide to push
Well u can definitely do it if u are active.I tried but got stuck at about 3015 cups :( . Imma try again in April.At that time i had both heroes lvl5 and preety low def. now i have almost maxed out th9 def except 2Ats and 3 teslas.
GL and i recommend putting ur TH out after 3k plus cups
Apart from balloons are the other troops ineffective at such high bases. If you watch the YouTube high level raids nearly all use balloons.
What is the attraction with balloons?
if someone with lvl 1 archers & barbs can do it im pretty sure you can.Quote:
