Yes, Im sure this will attract the same "know it alls" and "nay sayers" as any other thread does, so for the sake of transparency I am stating here that this is an opinion. You are free to agree or disagree with my opinion at your leisure. I just want to avoid the..."Well that's so stupid because..." and the..."But you're wrong because...". Yeah yeah. We all get it buddy. You know everything. And pointing out how someone else is wrong and you're right makes you feel special.
Lol. Forgive me, I digress. I want to share my opinion and just see what kind of conversation it stirs up (hopefully not the annoying or negative kind i described above...lol).
Okay, so what I am getting at. The past couple weeks was overflowing with anticipation and hope and all sorts of ideas about the next update. We all saw it. Sneak peeks were on the way, update was ready. Mods seemed to neither confirm nor deny any of the scuttlebutt. If all that had been reality, we would be past the update by now. Now, like I said, just my opinion but here is why I think it has been "delayed". If it truly was ready to come out. I think they realized that they need to do something about the air raiding. Fully maxed TH 10's are now being 3 starred. Not easily, it does in my opinion, still take some skill to pull it off. But if I recall correctly, and i may not be, but the hogriders were seriously nerfed after they began 3 starring maxed 10's. Witches got nerfed after maxd 10's began falling to GoWiWi's. Im not just talking about the troop itself loosing some hitpoints or lowering the damage. Also, the giant bomb eventually got that 1.5x's damage vs the hogs. The Inferno towers could be put on multiple to combat hoardes of Larry's and the hogs. only a couple examples but I think players who have been around long enough can see where I am coming from while forming this opinion.
I am thinking they may be testing out a few ways to mellow down the effectiveness of the Lava Mutt. So I think we may see a little boost to the AD's, or possibly to the Seeking Air Mines either by adding a sixth or giving them a new level or both.
