Gonna start focusing on dark troops again and was wondering if anything has changed. I prioritize hogs > witches > golems and valks (tied) > minions. Correct me if I'm wrong on that order, as I know it is only by preference.
My question: Should I jump and get lava hounds or upgrade other dark troops further before I get hounds?
No pic because my device i have clash on is dead, but my troops are
Minions: 3
Hogs: 2 or 3, will edit later
Valks: 1
Golem: 1
Witch: 1
if you're gonna use your lavas, then you should start upgrading your minions
Hogs should be a last upgrade, unless you're going to push a lot, but it's personal preference. I would do minions first though, because they're going to help a lot when you farm.

For me I did Witches first, 1 upgrade and they're maxed. Then Golems straight to lvl4 so I could use them with my witches in GoWiWi attacks for war. Minions next cause loonion is a really great strat.
Hogs next purely for donating purposes, then valks and hounds last since I don't use them but want maxed everything.
Thats the order I would recommend but it really comes down to what attacks you wanna use most.
I agree minions are my fav for farming and then when you get lava can be used in war too. Golem another fav as it is great in war

It comes back to your personal reference. What troop do you use the most. I would suggest you to upgrade troop for farming first then troop for war, but if you don't use dark troop for farming then upgrade your war troop.
If you are an air attacker upgrade those lava first, if you are a ground attacker, upgrade witch then golem.
