What if you put wall breakers in the clan castle. I honestly think it would work great at defending. If someone puts down like a clump of wizards the wall breakers would wipe them out. Or if u had 5 lvl 5 wall breakers they could easly take out a peka. Then again so could five wizards. Now that i think about it, i dont know where i stand on this whole wall breaker defending thing. Wizards could defend without killing themselves and they could completely wipe out an all hog or giant attack. Im just playing devils advocate. But actully now that im writing this i think it would be more beneficial to have wizard defending. So i guess im not playing devils advocate. I would like to watch a video of a war where one clan has all walbreakers defending the base, that would be very intresting. In fact to any of you reading this, if u watch youtubers that play clash of clans like godson, u should write in the comments about wall breakers defending. To many of you reading this it sounds like im a confused troll. Maybe i am, i dont know. Lol see what i did there. But seriously if you watch coc youtubers pls suggest a wallbreakers defence video.

Ouch, too many words clumped into a paragraph. But I think WB's defending is more just for fun than anything else. Same thing goes to mass WB attacking. Elixir for entertainment! :rolleyes:

Wallbreakers out the castle not really lethal. Goblins on the other hand if you're looking for something different are suprisingly deadly.

Ranged troops are better in most defenses as they can stay behind the walls and pick away at both ground and air. Wall breakers doesn't have the potential impact as other defensive troops.

And i can say with absolute certainty that they are by far the worst troop to have in your cc.Even goblins are way better.
About damage wall breakers only do 42 at level 5 and 60 at level 6.and they arm their bombs so slowly that they usually get killed by an archer or any other troop before they can do it.
About the damage they deal you seem to forget that the damage effect of wall breakers is multiplied by 40 on walls.

Wallbreakers have special damage only against walls. Says so on their description "Favorite target: Walls (Damage 40x)" which means they do puny damage (ie. 30~40) against enemy troops, when on defending CC.

wall breakers atck once, low damage, melee and are soft, they're pretty useless in the CC

heck, even a healer is better
