Looking for adult members for serious War Clan! - Aged!&Confused?

Hello and thank-you for giving this a read!

I am BZ3RK3R and I am a co-leader of the clan Aged!&Confused? (#8JVRGR20). We are a very experienced and victorious level 11 War Clan. Currently, we have a record of 288 wins, 86 losses, and 4 draws. We take war very seriously and as a result, we rarely lose. We openly discuss attack strategies, give great feedback, and we actively donate. Our clan is looking for dedicated, adult members aged 17 and up who also follow our warring mind-set.

We request that your base (and walls within reason) be TH7 (with at least level 2 dragons) and up and absolutely do not allow rushed townhalls. Both attacks must be used in war, and we like when you keep a reasonable donate/request ratio. Members will be demoted or kicked for non-participation in war attacks. This keeps us in top warring condition, but do not worry, if you are dedicated to war, you will shine!

Currently we are in a state of membership re-population and war whenever we can get 10+ members to opt in. With this in mind, please be patient as we are not as responsive to chat as we once were, but I am actively trying to fix that, starting with you! We are an international Clan with the majority of our members from the USA. There are no set-in-stone rules for promotion to Elder or CO, but I can say that if you keep your donate ratios up, use both attacks in war, and participate in Clan chat, you will move up quickly. We need active leadership, and will promote if you have a drive to keep our clan active and successful.
