I'm finding plenty of dark elixir and collector bases in Crystal III (2000-2100 usually) but there might be better trophy ranges. It's definitely worth trying if you can't find anywhere that works for you. :)
I farm in crystal 3 for dark elixir, and gold 2-3 for gold/elixir. I use barch and make a killing.

Was farming here today (Th9) with barracks boosted for 2 hours and managed to get 5.5 million gold. It's the sweet spot at the moment!Quote:

But in all seriousness, the loot always moves around, but 1700+ trophies would be your best bet.
