Clash of Clans Loot Bonuses And GG/EE/HH

Hello Clashers! I just thought this could be a cool idea to add to the game. I do not know if this has been ruled out but I thought about what it could do to this community.

My Idea is that we add loot bonuses to our gg/ee/hh. Meaning that lets say you have a gg of 25000 then you get a raid of 20k instead of having your gg at 270k you'll get the loot bonus of lets say 8k making it 278k gg. This will help out the community to players who may be pushers or stuff where you get a high loot bonus. Because for the people who may not have a high profile for stealing loot is because they've pushed their entire coc life.
Just an idea (Again don't know if it was ruled out) If it was tell me!

The achievement says "steal." You are not stealing the bonus, you are earning it by winning. So no it shouldn't count
