If you are such a successful company as everyone says you are, why is there such a complete apparent lack of communication with your users. Where is the customer service one would expect from buying a product for 5-120$ (and likely much more over time). Speaking as an owner of a very profitable company myself, I feel that your lack of keeping your customers happy currently (and for a while now) is going to hurt you long term.

Give us, the customers what we want, and what we have paid for, and stop investing in dumb games like Spooky pop, and giving us lame dragon/barb events. Stick to what you are good at, Clash of Clans, and continue to continually improve it, and satisfy your customer base. Simple.

Consider this 'tough love' because if you are not hearing this sort of thing...you are clearly not listening to your users, and do not have the business sense to appreciate the ramifications of displeasing your customers.

As an owner of a company, do you tell all your customers before you make any decisions? Don't forget, SC provide users a platform (this forum) which is a lot more than what many companies provide. you don't think SC would release the update when they are ready? I don't understand why people are sooo impatient and have such a sense of entitlement. I suppose, in this day and age of having access to any information with a keystroke, everyone applies this mentality to all aspects of life/business/mobil games. Lol

FYI..you bought gems with your own free will and used them (fair exchange)...they don't owe you anything.

@OP, support is fine, except for the account lost situations. There they need more staff, but that would go against their idea of small workforces. :(
