So I've been in the same clan like for a veeery long time now and I can't remember CW rules.. Our CW finishes in 2h, will I be able to leave the clan and join my co-workers clan right after and be eligible in their CW that they start after I arrive ?

No, you'll be placed as a Spectator, unless they wait for you.
As long as you leave after your current war finishes and before your co-workers clan starts, you should be fineQuote:

Oh, by that they mean your war cooldown time. Even if you are in the clan and they start the war, if you have a cooldown timer, you won't be placed in a war. Unless they wait until that is done, you can't be in the war. By checking your profile you can see how long you have.Quote:

There is no waiting period for new members. The war you are currently in must be over, then they can start right away And you will be eligible. Your profile should say when you are eligible for next war. It will also indicate who will be in the next war in the clan member list. Eligible members will have a red shield ineligible members will have a grey shield.
If you've taken both attacks and there's just a couple hours left on battle day sometimes if you leave that clan it resets your timer war timer immediately so you skip 2 hours. But eitherway you can leave the clan after your attacks are done because you will get war loot even if you aren't in the clan.
