loot penalty means higher levels can't take much loot from lower levels.

Why should it be about experience level? Experience level means nothing in this game. You could be a low level TH and just clan hop giving mass donations, which would increase your experience, yet you'd still be weak

Follow this to its logical conclusion. If you only faced people at your level, wouldn't low level people continue beating other low level people and fly up to the top? The system corrects itself with trophies. Getting beat? Drop lower. Again, your loot is protected from higher TH players.

We've all been there and done that buddy. Every low level has to suffer for a while until they get strong enough. It's part of the game, just deal with it.

I bet you will gladly jump on a th5 or 6 that is loaded down. Or do you press next because you are a higher th7.


Also lvl means nothing. You can donate your way to lvl 200 if you have the time. Or attack the goblins over and over.


I will attack anybody with loot. Just so happens that i only get to attack th9 and 10. Because of the loot penalty (that Supercell made) i cant go any lower because it is not worth it for me

I mean (by rush) going to next town hall before finishing the up to do...

If yes, you may give opportunity to strong TownHall8/9 to take lot of loot from you
Make your defense stronger before going to TownHall 9 and you will see a huge difference...

Each time you upgrade your town hall, even more powerful cities are able to steal lots of your loot. I suspect you have upgraded your town hall before you were ready.

That explains everything. A new/rushed th8 will constantly have res stolen off them from th9's. Consequently, you will also have trophies taken. By the way, if you aren't new, you rushed.
