Your restrictions are well-based. There should be a troop cap, and you can't receive troops you donated. It could be abused, but seems good.

Actualy I have to keep bumping because people are posting ruled out ideas and such threads. As a result this thread goes to page 10 in 1 hour :unsure:

And what if they wait till they get a rank? Point is, that is something you really can't prevent. After the New status disappears you just have to trust them
