The Trophy System is Trash!!!

The current trophy system can be fooled and tricked. You can easily drop trophies to find easy bases or climb the ranks to become powerful by only attacking farming bases.

Ways to fix this are:

• Have the same leaderboards, etc. but the leaderboards use the max trophies that player has reached. Not what they currently have.
• Abolish the current leaderboards and have them based of skill level/ xp level/ base level, etc.

Please comment below your pros and cons to a new system.

No.Loot penalty is there,so if a high level clan drops a lot in trophies,they would not get any loot anyway.

The trophy level of the clan members doesn't influence the Clan War match. They're based on the cumulated strength of all bases together (defenses,troops, Heroes etc.).

It's right that you can easily drop your trophies, that's part of the game but try to snipe TH's in Masters or Champions League, there are almost no farming bases and game is getting really competitive up there.

So the trophy system works well and there is no need to change this.

This is almost worse than the the lighting rod ideas

Ok. Maybe the system works well up there but below, say, 2000 trophies, where most people are, there are a lot of people trying to get around the system. I often find a th10 just sitting at around 600 trophies just to attack easier bases. Those people try to get around the system.

And is farming really that important? I was farming and got three starred this morning. Farming doesn't always work anyways.

At TH9 above, buildings, armies, building upgrades, troop upgrades, Royal upgrades are very expensive. If you do not farm you will never max your base or unlock all the buildings at th10 (current max)

Its simple, you need to farm to get the best gear. (without gemming)
