Why the players go Off the clan after WAR Started? Put an End to it

Keep some more active and join hands with a good clan,. Dont hop the clans and dont hop the clans for cheap WAR LOOT, WAR STARS or just for WAR.

I wish I could set my clan so the people ineligible for war, ie people who have abandoned their clan war, cannot apply to join.

If this is accepted the system can be further strengthened by punishing frequent leavers who leave every now and then in b\w wars to get a more hefty penalty.

IF the counter argument for this is, it brings complexity to the game and tension to people. Spoiling a game by unwanted pesky leavers is equally guilty of making people loose interest..

In a game there will always be bad influence, rules are what checks them intact if there are no such rules its gonna spoil good gamer community .

Sadly they always claim its negative stats or discriminates, limits, etc without even considering that in fact they are allowing negative behavior of some players to continue and encourages other to do the same. If we can beat them by bringing this ideas to this forum maybe we need to follow their example and be like them once we are bored of this nice game.

And it says 1 day 12 hours till eligible for next war they left 12 hours into a war. So you know not to accept them if you don't like that type of person

But i need players should play the war for STARS and play a hard role to make it WIN.
If we know the Stars Won/ Attacks per League. It will be easy to make recruit or keep the players good and make the players understand our WAR attacks and strategy to make it as WIN with 3 star or 2 star.

Not everyone has such BAD intention bud. In fact most guys moving between clans do have good intention. You guys are totally missing that.

Start screening your guys. There is plenty enough info to do that already so no excuse for not doing it. There is a very good post earlier on this thread that gives good detail on how to do it.

Start making guys sit out the first war after they join.

And all you leaders that lack the will to take the steps to deal with it you are your own worse problem.

You can refer to war hero achievement for star but be careful this bad behavior hopper is also good, we just had a good 200plus war stat proportion to his lvl and TH and guess what? he use both attack getting 6 star from TH6 opponents while he is TH9.

Exactly. You are looking for a statistic that you consider to be negative so you can use it to screen members. SC is very against this, and rightly so. Boot the people who aren't a good fit to your clan. It will show the members that do fit that you are looking out for them and trying to find more that make the clan stronger. Lots of ideas already stated in the non-flame replies. You just need to acknowledge them, try them out and see which things others have had success withe will work for you.

With the Heroic War Achievement, we cannot knew the player is good in war and war attack with his average stars is good or not. He might played 300 wars to get 250 stars. We need the War Stars won in one league time and with how many war attacks he/she did..
