I am not agreeing to you bro, I feel myself, rules makes us to be in RULE.
We are about to play the best war. For the war now, i have the clan Lvl 95+ with TH9 and above. Some players are just about to get the WAR LOOT or they wait for the WAR winning time, then they attack for single star and they move, If the war is tough, every member should play hard to get STARS. But i am here saying "Few are just leaving the clan since no loot or war winning moment" Who cares here is The CLAN LEADER and GOOD CLAN MEMBERS.
Any way D-bags do more worse he would spend the GEMS to go out of the clan. It ll be more restricted to keep people in a clan for good amount of time. Where as for the case you think negative, I think if there is a rule if the player cannot be get out of clan while war time, then he would and must to play the war in correct manner and make the stars. Or atleast play for all good as like all activists.

Remember, this is already a person who doesn't care if they hurt your clan. Long story short, you are requesting a way to force people who don't want to be in your clan, who you don't even want in your clan, to be stuck in your clan. NOTHING good can come of this. Bad idea every time it is suggested.
Its just your pick to be in clan.
Which clan suits your war timing or your timing to be at day or night, Choose it. You can go through the WAR LOG for the timing of the CLAN WARS of a Clan.
