Fastest way is to donate like crazy.
Having 5 busy builders helps too.
Check Brandon's leveling journey. He had videos of how he levels up. Like 50,000xp a day.
Having upgrades not stop, or the more efficient way is to donate giants to every clan castle you see. Also destroying a town hall grants small very small xp
