That would be WAYYY too overpowered. 25 gems per day is a LOT. A LOOTTT.
And yes, that is a punishment for the inactives. They would be void of knowing that they had the satisfaction of finding a magical gem box somewhere in the midst of their village.
It's a sad feeling, knowing that you lost a gem box.
ok so bump it down to like 5 or something if you steal it.
