I think supercell should let people attack whoever they want like in global, you can put the button to attack or make it a practice battle .In clan when you asking people for advice on your base THey can show you by attacking you but practice and you won't lose gold elixir dark elixir or trophies.That way you can see your weak spots. But on global you can attack someone real life! PLEASE take this into consideration!
I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that is basically the same thing as sandbox attacking. I don't think this will be implemented because of the abusage with the function.
