Has a Ruled Out Idea Later Been Implemented?

Yes, but don't bother suggesting anything on the list. This subforum is for new ideas, repeating ideas on the list when you have nothing to add is a definite no, since they are obviously aware of the idea anyway.

Did the last one get deleted? Because I saw someone say an idea was ruled out, and that is all I saw since. I'm pretty I didn't blindly report it as ruled out, so Idk what happened.

As said above it has happened, albeit rarely (I believe multiple layouts used to be on that list).

P.S: Don't take it as encouragement to post ruled out ideas, that's still a bad idea :rolleyes:

I believe notifications for spell completion was on the ruled out list for a while but made it into the game several updates ago.

Customisable clan badges used to be ruled out.

Eh, there have been worse that has been dug up. At least this one has some potential to be useful.

As I said elsewhere, the chances of a Ruled-out idea being used anyway is like 1% (not a totally arbitrary number, since that's what it seems to be the case), but regardless a ruled out idea shouldn't be harped on, as if the attemps would do any good at making it more likely to be put in. Supercell knows about it, and have enough info on the idea, and will use it if for some unlikely reason it turns out to be doable. But 99% of the time, it won't.

Added Edit: Thinking on it more, maybe 3%-4%, since I don't think there are 300-400 ruled out ideas for every one ruled out idea to be used. Still, odds aren't good. Feels like there are a thousand ruled out ideas...

I believe the spell all town hall 10s use, the Freeze Spell, or more specifically a spell that would stop buildings shooting or troops moving for a certain amount of time, used to be in the Ruled out list or at least was considered as horribly overpowered and generally terrible by the majority of clashers that gave their opinion on the thread. So yeah :)

I'm fairly certain the puff cannon was ruled out at one point

I think leaf blowers used to be on there...:smirk:
