It is new from the update and it represents the center point of your base.

I mean they coudv given me free gemms, i mean seriously?

I think it may be the center of the base. there was a note in the update that said the center would be marked.
That's my guess.

Or its the Inferno Tower, maybe its hidden like the Tesla ???

It's a plaque added to show you the middle of your base, you guys should really read the update notes.

Some people like to make sure their base is centered, and this gives you an easy way to do that. I like it.

It's just a marker that helps you find the center of your base. It's helpful for those OCD people who have to have everything perfectly symmetrical :)

I like to confuze them making it as unsymetrical as possible(ofcoure without any weaknesses).
