Linking Android Device to Ipad

Hello,

Hope you guys can help. I am currently a very late TH8 and play this game on my Galaxy S3. I have just recieved a brand new iPad Mini and was wondering if I can link the 2 devices to play on both. Also, if this is possible, will I be able to transfer the game to my new phone when I buy it- I plan to buy the Galaxy S6 when it comes out.

Any help would be appreciated!

Allow me to be more specific- If am able to link my Google+ account with my apple Game Center- can i play my village on every apple and android device i login to? or is there a limit on how many devices?
