Didn't read the whole post but you should always be upgrading something no matter what. Everything is worth it. Keep one builder free for wall and the everything else be upgrading stuff.

You did not add lavahounds to your math. Thats very important to consider.
Secondly, I would do AD over max cannons, mortars, or lvl 11 walls anyday.
7Mil+ for a maxed AD? You gotta be kidding me...
Forget the math, i will upgrade them coz it looks better.
