It seems that as a th10 i always wait for spells to brew to get full army.
a second spell factory would solve this issue.

if i need a minimum of 2 rage spells - it will take about 23 minutes with boosted factory.
I always wait a few minutes for that second spell after all my army is ready.
either shorten the production time of spells or add another factory for th10 or 9.
btw - I really dont know how this game could be played without gems.. boosts are a must.
I'm not sure about a second spell factory. I just wish we could create spells while we raid when the factory is full like we can with troops and heroes, but I think Supercell's against that. :(
i use it in war only. if i use a full spells in regular attacks then i cannot save elixer. in war there is enough time to wait for spells.
I agree something needs to change. But it would make more sense to reduce the spell time, not add another factory imho.
Or just use a army that doesn't need spells to attack with like barching...I can Bach for people storages or colecters with no spells
The spell factory time and the army train time are balanced? A full drag camp with 3 Rage are around the same time. A gowipe army with spells may be rather long. (Not quite sure the time to train all of that with jump and freeze and stuff.) but the spell time is better than how it was. Spells use to be 3 hours for 1 spell. I think it has improved pretty well. I think the point of long times is to market the gems. At townhall 7 there's a lot of people who use gems. So again; people spend money on these gems to rush stuff. This is the economy of the game and it works well.
Theres not a whole lot of space on the map for new structures. I wouldn't wanna waste it on this. That's like adding another barracks cause they take too long to train.
Spells is usually what makes or breaks an Army Composition. Making it take longer, making you either choose to go without, wait or pay for it is exactly what they want. Dont think for a second that this wasn't intentional....
I think the problem here is pretty obvious to take a large army into raid you want all 5 spells which can take 3+hours to cook, give 2 rage 2 freeze and a jump. Which frankly is needed to hit those th10. As moat of use dont want to spend huge on an ar!y and then attack with no spells. Its too risky. In the mean time most people can cook that army is about 1 1/2 hours.
On the flip side, no one wants barchers to have 3 spells on a barch because they don't want to make barch to strong.
I think if 5 spells took 90 minutes or even 100 it would be better. That's like 20 minutes a spell, about 1 per barch or a little longer than what it takes to make that go army and maybe 20-30 minutes longer than it takes to make a lavaloon.
The game was meant to play with larger armies as we go up, but truth is you can't when raiding needs 5 spells and it takes 3 hour 45 mins to cook.
Biggest issue it does this mean you have a capacity of 10 spells? Yeah, that's game breaking.
And if you share the storage, how exactly would that work?
It's this way so we gem the spell factory; I find this reasonable. SuperCell are a business.
The problem with the gem the spell factory solution is it doesn't encourage me to boost all my barracks and pump out a gowipe to push or farm every 15-20 minutes. At best gem the spell factor just let's the spell factory keep up with my non boosted barracks. Which makes boosting barracks pointless for anything but barch!
I'm not sure a second spell factory is the answer, but it would be nice if I could cook at least 2 spells in the time it takes me to cook my army....
And no, I don't use barch a lot. I prefer to use a lot of different armies. What is the point of playing this game if you don't switch armies up a bit and experiment?
