idea to do something with the water at the bottom of the screen new attack strategy

Hello guys iv came up with an idea i no it might sound a bit like boom beach but iv noticed the water in clash of clans just at the bottom of your screen maybe you could do something with that like have a special ability were you pay a million gold for a boat or pirate ship to blow up any base or have new troops or just fires cannons and takes out some of the defence. I think you should do something with the water but thats my idea so fort i would throw it out there
