Ruling on these flag requests

Ok, I see these posts on wanting flag for this nation or that, and I'm wondering...

What are forum goers supposed to do about these? There is an old link to a thread mentioned on The Sticky Thread, but no one uses it anymore, and if they did, people would complain about them doing a Necro-Bump.

Adding more flags is impractical, unless they are removed from the decorations menu and put else where. I and several other people have made threads detailing that idea. (http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...ng-them-all%29)

Anyway, would be helpful to know what to do about this other kind of... spam. Hate to say it, but it kind of is spam :(
