What are you specifically asking for anyway, that loons should repel each other to some extent that affects what they see as the closest target? Doesn't seem necessary or like it would be good for the game, plus its stupid for only loons to do it. And also it means that loons will not go where people want them to, some people may want them to bunch up. If you don't want them to then deploy them in a way in which they don't. Also a good loon raid is over in less than two minutes even on a th10, so you shouldn't have a problem with time to begin with.
