Witch like spell/war map donating idea

Give leader/co leaders ability to remove war map troops, and maybe see who donated them. 2nd, A spell like the witch, its offensive, you would drop it over your dead troops gravestones to make them come alive again. Sorry if these have been brought up before. I'm new to the forum :)

I have seen the spell you want, but cannot remember if ruled out. The first idea I think would be very useful, except a co leader could troll and remove the troops. I think knowing also who removed the troops would be good.

I didn't see it when I looked at ruled out things. My eyes coulda fooled me though. :p

The first one is kind of pointless since the member his/her self can remove the troops, and if a Co/Lead could delete them there is a chance of them deleting troops that person may have actually wanted.
Second idea is already in SuperCells "to be considered" section
