I've found a great amount of inactives and obese storages around Gold III-II. 1K> DE is also quite common but you'll have to GiBarch to get most of it around here. And not much TH9s that linger here.

Honestly wait until your troops get mostly maxed and push to masters or champs.
You will fill your storage to max, if you know how to attack.
i recommend using Gowipe, Govape, Govalk, Or maybe Gowiva.
